Just wondering if anyone else has, or has had, or knows of anyone with, the following problem – or, even better, if anyone’s figured out how to solve it? My old account somehow became ‘corrupted’ – I couldn’t assign the credits I’d earned. I was told I’d be reimbursed when I set up a new account. And once I’d done so & supplied my new account details, I was assured that my 23 credits would be sent later that day. That was a few weeks ago & they still aren’t available for my use. And none of my emails since then has been answered. If I were cynical (which I’m not very), I might conclude that it’s not worth spending too much time on reviews. But on a practical level it would seem that it’s best to spend them as soon as you get them. All feedback appreciated. And feel free to email me.

I don't know all the answers but I do know a lot of people have been having problems with credits. My understanding is that it's just Ted on the end of the email and I expect he gets swamped with enquiries at times. Also, not sure if he's part time or full time or what. He does normally reply though, when he can.

Oh you'll get endless explanations of this from would-be experts. Just use your common sense. If you put in the work to get a credit and it disappears, complain to Ted. I haven't run across the problem myself, but I see endless examples of it on the message board. There's no reason I can think of right now which could explain a programme autonomously electing to scratch credits on one account and not another. If it allocates it only via an action on your part then it stands to reason that only another action can remove it. Programmes are like that - logical. As to where that action emanated ...
