LITERARY FORUMS (the second panel of forum headings)

8.55pm BST

Thread 1 - collective grouping for Kindle marketing
Thread 2 - Request for recommended editing services
Thread 3 - Discussion of top 10 Time Travel novels
Thread 4 - Praise for old member reviewer & plaintive call for his return
Thread 5 - Consideration of suitable and unsuitable Young Adult writing
Thread 6 - Bitching about a review, steered/hijacked to faciilatate a discussion on the limits of language & grammar's role in organising meaning - counter hijacked to restore it to a bitch fest and NBA conspiracy theory
Thread 7 - Request for help with a specific word or phrasing
Thread 8 - Discussion about whether specific lit Agency is a scam or not
Thread 9 - New member asks for information about attaching credits
Thread 10 - Different new member asks for information about attaching credits
Thread 11 - YWO published member asks where the royalty payment is
Thread 12 - Holiday feeling (on designated non-book thread)

For one frozen instant, YWO threatened to be a writing collective site for swapping aspects of craft and practical nuggets of information useful to authors.

But it was soon to be buried amidst a heap of dung thrown by members, new and old at one another in a bitch fest.

Hey Sulcus, nice to see nothing changes.

I've had a year long break from YWO, who's still on the boards? Is Lin Lee Liu still around, or Temperance?

About time you changed your Avatar isn't it?

She has a baby, that was quick, I'm sure she said she was single last time I spoke to her.

How is your writing coming along? Done anymore readings?

Ooh, I'm so glad you gave this summary of the threads. It made catching up on what's going on so much easier.

Elsie, lovely to see you back. Hope you are okay. And you too, sep4475. There's a few "oldies" turning up again. Rob (Mkrobinson)was around the other day and Turnip's name came up too. Just to let you all know, that Turnip (Mark) is still writing, but not on YWO. He's busy promoting his new book, Peril. LLL is okay, I e-mailed her a few weeks ago and she's fine. And Tempy is doing well, I'm in regular touch with her and she has a baby boy who's as beautiful as she is from the pics I've seen.
