It looks like they have stopped the bursary altogether according to their website (google MCNA) anyway. Oh dear.

That's a shame if this has happened, we heard about it through the Arts Council as a prospective good opportunity for writers. We'll have a look on their site and see what has happened.

I went on there last night and the site said it was no longer offering the burary?

According to the MCNA website they regret to announce they cannot proceed any further with their MCNA Writer's Bursary.
