Is this the Perfectly Formed comp?

My short story, The Man in the Box, made the final shortlist of 18 apparently.

Not placed though. Still, nice of them to let me know.

Getting down to the last 18 is very good - well done.

My story was about genocide in Cambodia, large and perfectly formed I would have thought, but not the judges. Still onwards & upwards, another comp to enter on the horizon no doubt

Thanks. I had no real expectations so, better than a kick in the teeth!

I meant to check the short story website to see if there were any other competitions coming up.

Problem is, I usually mean to enter things, get busy, forget and miss the deadline.
