The Wrong World - I wanna play!!
I had to smile as I was reading this, only this morning had I been talking to my other half about a story idea from the perspective of the game and not the gamer. I have seen a similar idea by Tom Holt on what book characters did when they were not in a chapter (a very amusing book to look out for!!). It’s almost Tron like in its ideas aswell with the crossover into another game by The Child.
I also like the idea of ‘The Observers’ and the thought of them having to activate certain creatures if the characters came too close to outside game places such as the Cloakroom (a la The Truman Show). Also that they clean up on a restart. Even though the idea is not wholly original it does stand out on its own.
I would been keen to see what further adventures ensue for The Child and Alestra and not forgetting the Tome (who, can I just say, would (for me) have the voice of Alan Rickman!!) ...

Synopsis
Child is a normal schoolboy – or so he thinks.
