wasn't there a condition that you already had to be published (not self-published) to be able to enter? Probably rules out most of us here

Keep up there 007. we rushed out an anthology of best sellers last October. Legitimate entry to competition etc. But I guess no one made it to the cut, either that or they're very modest.

I didn't enter but I'd like to see the short list. Where did you find it, Joe?

Edited because I've now found it. I notice all six authors are 'old hands'.
