"There's Something About Harry.

Harry is the problem. I though originally that London was the problem because the mention of Shaftsbury Avenue came as such a jolt but I have come to the conclusion that Harry is too NY. He doesn't convince as a London agent (and the Russian mafia don't convince either, why not make them Son-of-Krays?).

As soon as you switched to the girls, the whole thing took off. I am a sucker for London chicklit but this quartet really hit it for me. Distinct parallels with The Spice Girls (should be capitalised, by the way) but that is all to the good: very much of the moment. Write it fast, get it out there in e-format if necessary. The window of opportunity is quite short and it may be passe next year but, at the moment it is hot."


Synopsis
Showbiz agent Harry Fox owes £5million to the Russian mafia. He knows the only chance he has of paying it back is by reuniting girlband Barbarella. The four women’s lives have taken different paths, but one thing they have in common are the dark secrets that could ruin their comeback.
