That little toy that used to drive me mad - mine always seemed to refuse to come back! Anyway my novel Becoming Lola's progress on Amazon has reminded me of it.
My best 'catches' have been No1 on the free Kindle chart for Historicals - great feeling - and 44 in paid. Changes in placing seem to happen in great leaps, Amazon's ways are still a bit of a mystery to me.
Hope everyone's writing is going well. I plan to be back soon when my next novel, Salvation, is a little further down the road.
Good wishes to all

All the best with Lola, and with your work on Salvation (I loved the opening chapters).

See you again soon,
Claire

Hi Claire

Thank you so much. I'm hoping for a few more sales with Lola as the website www.multi-story.co.uk have just published the article they asked me do about how I came to write the book etc. and I hope it will generate some interest.

Pam Howes on YWO helped me to get into social media for publicity and it has made a big difference to the market I reach but it seems strange going back 400 years when I spend time on Salvation! I bet Shakespeare wouldn't have hesitated though, he was apparently v.g. at marketing.

I saw your short story at No 1 on YWO - congratulations.

Harriet
