Quote: rosefitzrobert, Sunday, 11 Dec 2011 17:17http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U9MGOckIzlU&feature=youtu.be Absolutely hilarious Rose and kinda spooky too - I was just wingeing the other day about how newspapers fill the pages with nonsense when there's a shortage of 'real' news. Funny, when I did my little skit, I automatically used an American accent (no offence). Here in Dubai, they've been filling the news with Tom Cruise's 'love affair' with Dubai - for God's sake, he doesn't love Dubai, it's a case of 'show me the money'! again. Mind you, the new Mission Impossible movie apparently has a great scene where he scales the Burj Khalifa (world's tallest man-made structure until the Saudis complete their 1km tower) with a pair of suction gloves. It's gotta be worth the ticket price for that surely. Thanks for posting that link - good to start the day with a laugh. Safia

One reason why the video makes me paralytic with laughter is because it's so, so true. The state of journalism here is beyond pathetic.

What?
My ears must have an automatic filter.
The satire was so good it was indistinguishable.

Pretty sure, notleyab. Not that there is any evidence to support the supposition that he never 'shat' in the woods. Being German, he must have visited Der Schwartzwald at some time or other and the Oktoberfest. A combination could very well have led to the scenario you envisage.
