Synopsis
Nanonics can heal the terminally sick. It can change the molecular makeup of a tuberculosis bacterium, rendering it benign. But it can also be used by terrorists to turn vital petrol supplies into something resembling molasses. This is the story of what happens when white nanonics meets black nanonics.
