UK indie authors Mark Edwards and Louise Voss this week announced a four book deal for a six figure sum.

Two books they had written had previously been rejected by the gatekeepers so many times the authors gave up writing for over a decade.

Barely four months ago they gave the books another chance, on Amazon, to let readers decide for themselves.

At one stage they simultaneously held the # 1 and #2 spot.

Curiously the books the gatekeepers previously deemed rubbish suddenly became hot properties.

Check out the story behind the story.

Don't get left behind by the e-publishing revolution.

There's never been a more exciting time to be a writer!

Just looked at yr blog for the first time, to check on the above link.
There's some good stuff in there, especially the main story you refer to, and I read on as far as something to do with a bra.
I think I might check in again, but can I make suggestion, one which crops up repeatedly on YWO.
Give it a good edit.
I think you cd hv presented that same story in half the words.
And, as you point out, there are so many people clamouring for attention on the web you don't want to lose that attention.
Just a thought.
