Title : Griefs and Fears

Author : Jill Lanchbery

"Griefs and Fears

Hi Jill,

Firstly, thanks for the opportunity to read Griefs and Fears. I really enjoyed it – and importantly – I wanted to read on to find out what would happen to Melissa in Cherringe and what family secrets she would uncover in England.

I found your story absorbing and the descriptive prose in your writing, vivid. I particularly liked the description of Guy’s view of Table Mountain and Melissa’s journey through the Kent countryside.”

Synopsis
Griefs and Fears is a novel about journeys both real and emotional. Exchange teacher, South African, Melissa, goes to England in search of her roots and unearths skeletons that make her question her identity and change her life forever.
