Hi all,

Can anyone shed some light on this for me please?

I went to leave a free will review but the stars were not there for me to click on to rate it? I added the text into the box and below was the 0 on the left an the 5 on the right etc, but no stars to click on? Are they normally below the text box? It wouldn't let me proceed until I'd ticked on these invisible stars. Any suggestions?
Thank you
Donna

It's the same for me. It's a matter of hovering the mouse above the numbers and hoping it picks the correct invisible star. A few times I've tried to give a five and because I can't see the stars, I've ended up giving a 4 or 4.5

It's a glitch on the site I presume - it's been happening to me for ages. I find there is a 'sweet spot' between the 0 and 5 where the stars start to work, but usually I can't be bothered trying to find it - so I just give a star-score in the review itself.

Thank you both so much for the suggestion. I clicked about in space and managed to get the score I wanted. But it is very hit and miss. I guess as you say it has been a problem for awhile that it can't be fixed. Your postings were a great help, as I didn't want to waste the time I'd spent on reading and writing up the review.
Best wishes.

I don't know anyone who can see the stars. It's like BATTLESHIP - you have to assume the're there and click away until something comes up, then work forward or back until it reads what you want. Have I just described the ME scenario?
