I am trying to set up a free will review but when I go to post it the details seem lost. Has any one else encountered the problem?

Er, no, and judging by lack of response, neither has anyone else. Need more specific info about what happens when you try to post it. Copey

I get this;
Server Error in '/' Application. Runtime Error Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.

Hi Walls I get this error message sporadically, not so far when posting a review, but on the message board, and it once took me a month to upload a sample - I tore my hair out (and I think Ted did too as a result of the email I sent him ) There are a few things you can try: log out and then back in clear your cookie cache if you are using Internet Explorer and then log on again 3. This worked for me and I have no idea why - when i left a couple of blank spaces under my text, it miraculously uploaded. 4. Failing all of the above, the problem usually clears itself in 24 hours. Hope some of this helps! JR
Stop the sketch - it's too silly

Hi walls, I had the same problem once--same runtime error and everything. I tried all that stuff that was recommended here and it didn't work for me. I waited another week and tried it again, from a different computer. It still didn't work. I gave the writer my review via email. Not as good as the freewill review form, but at least the author got the feedback she was looking for.
Truth is stranger than fiction.

I had to look at the bottom of the browser to see when the code changed for particular stars to figure out where I was. I think there is an issue with Firefox for freewill reviews presently. In the interim, if you click above the 'Selected Rating' text, which is highlighted in green on the freewill page, the five freewill rating stars are above there. You can click until you hit the right rating you wish to give, which is fairly straightforward once you try it.

Many thanks - I had seen this, but still got the same error message. I will try to send the review by email.
