A question for you, which would you want to choose if I tell you that you have to pick up a comedy or a movie? On another way, which do you like best? Is there any show permanent in your mind and whenever people asking this question can recall your memory about that show? I’d like to choose Robin Hood DVD and Downton Abbey DVD. Old enough, but I have to say, these 2 tv shows influenced a generation!
I love shows focus on heroes who hold awe-inspiring righteousness. Robin is the hero in 90th generation’s heart. Robin of Locksley heads find his people starving and brutalized under the tyrannical rule of the new Sheriff when he come back home from the Crusades to. Robin Hood DVD focus on this line that Robin quickly discovers that the only way to reason with this Sheriff is with bow and arrow, even if it means sacrificing his title and his lands and consigning himself to life in the forest. Along with trusty companion Much, trickster Allan A Dale and passionate Will Scarlett, Robin teams up with forest outlaws Little John and Roy, leading his gang to help Nottinghams poor. Civilian hero is more likely to move people’s heart, there are few heroes like this, but Robin is the one moving everybody’s heart all over the world. Where there is injustice, where there exists a hero. Nowadays we have hero created by directors too, like the sons in Sons of Anarchy Season 3 DVD who traveled to Ireland and risked everything, leading to a deadly finale that brought them closer than ever. Different time makes different hero.
The later show named Downton Abbey DVD, follows the lives of the aristocratic Crawley family and their servants early in the reign of King George V. Downton Abbey DVD spans the two years prior to the Great War, commencing with news of the sinking of the Titanic, an event that triggers much of the plot. I love the shows talks about family strife too. The women in such kind of show are so elegant and graceful which we can’t find in reality life now.
