This book tells you:

Spot what's wrong with your writing before an editor does.

Have you ever wondered why manuscripts you send out come back with a polite 'No thank you?' or maybe with just an unhelpful rejection slip? Or don't come back at all?

Well this is the book for you...

I found this book on eBay and I'm finding very helpful so I thought I would tell you all about it. It was published in 1995 and it covers all areas of writing. She tells you what to look out for when editing your work.

I hope someone finds this book helpful if you can get hold of a copy

Sounds like a useful addition Annie - anything that sheds light on the arcane thought processes of agents and publishers is a must have for the bookshelf!
