Hi

Has anyone had this problem? I try to assign a reading credit to one of my stories and it returns an error message:

Sorry, there was a problem transferring the Reading Credit. Please try again later.

This has been going on all day.

A number of people have had this problem - BrianL, I believe, has 100 credits he can't use (I'm sure he said 100 - seems a lot, thinking about it now). Also, Pam1234writing and RosalindWinter have had to open new accounts. I'm pretty sure that was the only way forward for them. Ted seems to have been unable to sort it out. Hope it's only a temporary glitch for you, Mr Wrigley.

I will have to be a sock puppet. Thanks for that info.

Or ... you could upload the story again ... either way is going to lose scoring potential, but this way you can keep all the reviews within sight of each other and be able to transfer the credit. It is just one story where this problem is, right?

No, all of them.

I am waiting on Ted replying, to see what I can do.

Will post any relevant details.

we have all become Ted's latch key children.

I'm telling you, he's got a proper job and this is a sideline

That's been pretty obvious for sometime. Given the site has no funding now and I can't see how it would earn much from the advertising it'll be interesting to see if the domain name is renewed when it comes up for it in August.
