Blushing away here.

I forgot to mention 'caller display' as a way to save time earlier. I only answer the phone if it's my husband, sister, or the kids' school. Anyone else goes straight to the answer machine.

Oh, and I am a BAD daughter (never visit family) and a bad friend (avoids people with problems). Still, my art must come first...

Wow Paula, you are so far outa' my class. If I worked just two mornings a week, I'd be lucky to have a finished CHAPTER in a year. It is true however that I wrote my first novel (a crappy one) while I was babysitting our two infant daughters; mostly by not sleeping, which probably explains why the novel was so disjointed. So I've spent the last ten years trying to revise it, and I might be a quarter of the way through.

Yeh, but your stuff is more literary. Mine is just me talking so it comes out pretty quick. x

Mine's both?

I agree with you Paula, though I don't make use of the online shopping service and my wife watches dramas/soaps on telly while I write. I've always used call screening ever since it was invented.
"A,B&E", "Not In My Name" and "52FF" (flash fiction anthology) all available on Amazon Kindle
