The Time Capsule

This was the most purile piece of nonsense I have ever had the misfortune to read. By the end of chapter 3 I gave up. I can say wank and toss and cunnypot with the rest of them so this is not from someone easily offended - it was simply boring drivel. I like comedy but this wasn't funny - not witty, not clever, not even slap-stick - just crude and juvenile. I tried to think of something positive to say but the only vision I have is that you are writing about yourself. The best bit about the whole thing was the bookcover - that was neat. Otherwise, it was just sad - I gave it a 2 for finding the thing in a fossil but otherwise it was 1s all the way . I'm not even going to apologise as it may be you are seeking re-actions.... here's mine.

David Kotok

If I was you just inhale deeply and let it out and say hey, okay so my work isn't to everyones liking and that's good otherwise we'll all be writing 'Mills & Boon'.

Have you read his work? If not give him a Free Will and tell him honestly what you think....

Good luck with your writing

The worst thing that can happen to a writer is to become a Writer. Mary McCarthy

The fact is, writing can be done only during the time when one ought to be doing something else. Isabel Paterson

There is a 'report this review' link way down there underneath each review received - it's for breach of rules cases and Ted will deal with it if he decides it qualifies.

Just a thought.

Thanks Annie,

Sounds like good advice.
I had a quick read of the first 3 paragraphs of his work, but it looked like the usual formulaic creative writing rubbish that I've trawled through hundreds of times before on this site, so I'll probably give it a miss. I have better things to do with my time.

We've removed the review and sent you a reading credit in this instance. Please report reviews by the report review button rather than posting here, with many different topics on the board issues may otherwise not be seen.

Thanks,

Ted
