"
Tripping in Troy I enjoyed this. It's a good piece of writing, with an interesting and unusual premise. Your characters are likable and you present classic mythology/history in a very living and engaging way. Best of all, this does a nice job of informing the reader without ever becoming didactic, a major asset in youth literature.
... But definitely a great start to a novel with fine potential. I love the way you bring mythological creatures to life in this, and the idea of dropping a modern youth into the middle of classic history. A great premise!"
SynopsisDaniel, a thirteen years old boy, finds a strange book in his attic. When he opens it, he meets the soul of a remote ancestor, and is transported back with her to the Bronze Age, where Gods and Monsters live alongside of common folks, and Daniel uncovers a dangerous secret.
