I know there can be times reviews are a while coming. I've waited 6 days so far. I don't ever remember waiting this long. Is everyone finding it this bad at the moment?

What a pain. I meant to say that someone has had my chapters for 6 days and not done the review and yet it hasn't been returned to the pile awaiting reviews. Has the system also gone into hibernation?

Shouldn't have done. I waited a day, got picked up for two, dropped, picked up a day later and been waiting two more. At least it's out I s'pose..

But that's all right because the programme designer got an award.

(Morning PERRY)

In this area - the notion that the quicker you return a review the quicker your own piece will be assigned - that has never been my experience. I tend to read and review in one go, often within an hour. When I do, I don't see my piece assigned to someone any quicker than when it takes me a couple of days to submit my review.

Is it just a cunning ruse to encourage us all to review quicker?

Morning Tony

I do the same myself. No point taking an assignment unless you're ready to do it as far as I'm concerned.

I don't know what it is, to be truthful. If anything it is discouraging me.

Nor is there any reason whatsoever why multiple credits should be dealt with slower than one at a time, which I have found to be the case.

have never known it to be so slow. I'm thinking of leaving for a while and finishing my novel before I come back and post it bit by bit for reviews.
